Explore Talent profiles, follow the artists you want to keep up with and browse available shows. Discovery is an invitation to explore, not a promise that every artist has an event nearby.

See the event. Review the ticket.

Check the show details and available admission options. Review the final quoted price before paying. A ticket is available only after the purchase is confirmed through the platform’s ticketing process.

Keep entry connected to your ticket.

Use Wallet to view your ticket and display its entry code. Venue staff validate it against the event and its current admission status. A used, invalid or otherwise non-admissible ticket cannot be treated as a valid new entry.

Make membership a separate choice.

IndeAccess Pass is an optional Fan membership at $9.99/month. Buying a ticket and choosing a membership are separate actions. Fans receive no founding discount.

A Fan discovers a performer and finds an available show. They review the venue, date and admission choices, then request the final ticket price and complete checkout.

Once the purchase and ticket issuance are confirmed, the Fan opens Wallet to check the event details. At the venue, they display the current entry code. Authorized door staff validate the ticket and record its redemption.

The example assumes a purchasable event and a successful purchase. It does not promise inventory, universal admission or immediate ticket issuance after an unconfirmed payment.

Pass offers ticket service-fee benefits on up to two eligible tickets per member per event, subject to benefit availability.

The $20 General Admission benefit applies to designated member events, eligible admission and remaining benefit availability. Inventory and event conditions still apply; the final quote identifies the applicable benefit.
