A useful opportunity is more than a date. Review the requested category, event type, venue capacity, budget, timing, compensation model and performance requirements before you respond.

Put the terms into the conversation.

Respond to an opportunity or review an incoming offer. Accept, decline or counter within the supported negotiation workflow, with the proposed fee and agreed responsibilities visible in context.

Move from conversation to commitment.

Follow the booking and agreement steps, review the terms and complete the required signatures. Booking status and payment requirements remain part of the process; an accepted conversation alone does not complete every obligation.

Prepare for the performance.

Keep track of booking details and the required on-site check-in. Where supported, add the booking-specific promotional image and event materials the show needs.

A performer is looking for a suitable date in a market they can reach. They review a published opportunity and compare its event format, budget and requirements with their availability.

The performer submits a proposal. The Venue counters with revised terms; they work through the changes before accepting. They then review the booking agreement and complete the required signatures and booking steps.
